Maintaining Project Team Productivity Through Inclusion

As you improve your skills as a project manager, you will find that the skills that are the most difficult to master are those that have to do with people management. One reason is that organizations often have policies or statements that reflect their objectives as to how their employees are to be treated. These policies are even part of how organizations promote themselves to potential job candidates and in the marketplace.
