The world has begun to recover from the quarantine conditions we have all been living with for over a year now. Similar to when the pandemic began, organizations will be looking to keep in-progress efforts running while also trying to adjust to a working environment that will feel foreign to most team members, at least at the start.
As project managers and leaders, much of the responsibility will fall to us to make sure our teams keep delivering on promises made over the past year, while also gearing up for another major shift in our everyday patterns and collaboration. This means not only planning for our projects, but also planning for the shift in working conditions that we are going to be experiencing over the next several months and even beyond.
