Manochehr Hosseini PMP, RMP, has over 23 years of experience in project management, project controls, ICT, and data analytics across various industries, including Oil & Gas and Ship Building. His global experience spans the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and North America, providing him with a deep understanding of different cultures and work environments.
Manochehr has a strong track record of implementing project management methodologies such as WBS, Scheduling, EVM, Progress Measurement, and Change Management. He is proficient in Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, Deltek Cobra, Ecosys, and Excel. Additionally, he has extensive IT and data analytics skills, including programming in VB, VBA, and Python and developing data models, dashboards, and databases. He has also implemented Robotics Process Automation to improve productivity and effectiveness and is a specialist in project management technologies such as 4D/5D BIM and Advanced Work Packaging (AWP).
