Job Title: Manager of Technology and Operations

Reporting to the VP, Operations, the manager of technology and operations will work on continuously improving the operations of the PMI Canadian West Coast Chapter (CWCC) through timely and efficient use of technology.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for creating, maintaining and deleting email accounts and website related accounts for the chapter.
• Responsible for creating shared document repositories for various portfolios of the chapter.
• Assist various board members and volunteers in creating individual policies/procedures for the core operational areas of the chapter.
• Coordinate with other portfolios to assist in new initiatives of PMI CWCC.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in technology.
• Previous IT experience (preferred).
• Previous operations experience (preferred).
• PMP certification (nice to have).
